เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด
1. ผู้ที่ต้องการสั่งพรีออร์เดอร์ Official Goods จะต้องเข้าไปลงทะเบียนสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก https://ticket.achi.co.th/ โดยใช้ข้อมูลส่วนตัว ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ ชื่อ-นามสกุลตามบัตรประชาชน, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, อีเมลเพื่อใช้ในการรับข่าวสาร, เพศ, ที่อยู่ปัจจุบัน **สมัครฟรีไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ โดยผู้สมัครจะมี user และ password ของตนเองเมื่อสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์ เพื่อนำไปใช้ในการสั่งพรีออร์เดอร์ Official Goods

2. กำหนดการเปิดพรีออร์เดอร์ : วันเสาร์ที่ 16 มีนาคม 2562 เวลา 10.00 น. – วันอาทิตย์ที่ 24 มีนาคม 2562 เวลา 20.00 น. (ของมีจำนวนจำกัด)
โดยมีขั้นตอนการสั่งพรีออร์ ดังนี้
2.1. Login โดยใช้ User, Password ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้ว
2.2. เลือกรายการ Official Goods ที่ต้องการ
2.3. เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน
2.3.1 (กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน) ***แนะนำ***
วิธีนี้จะล๊อคบัตรได้รวดเร็วที่สุดและไม่มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม โดยระบบจะสรุปรายละเอียดการซื้อมาให้
2.3.2 (กรณีเลือกชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต, PAYPAL) จะเข้าสู่ระบบของการตัดบัตร ต่อไป (มีค่า Service Charge เพิ่มเติม 5%)
2.4. เข้าสู่หน้าตรวจสอบรายการ เพื่อแจ้งโอนเงิน หรือ ดูสถานะรายการของคุณ

3. เมื่อระบบแจ้งรหัสจอง (กรุณาจดไว้เป็นสำคัญ), ยอดเงินที่ท่านต้องชำระ, ข้อมูลของธนาคารที่ท่านต้องทำการโอนเงิน และ ***กำหนดเวลาที่ท่านต้อง โอนและแจ้งโอน*** (ภายใน 2 ชม.) โดยเลขบัญชีที่ท่านต้องโอนเงินเป็นของ ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์ (รายละเอียดบัญชีจะแจ้งให้ทราบในระหว่างการจองบัตร) ท่านสามารถโอนเข้าบัญชีได้ทุกช่องทางดังนี้ ATM, เคาท์เตอร์ธนาคาร, Internet Banking
- ยอดเงินที่ต้องชำระจะมีเศษสตางค์อยู่ด้วย กรุณาโอนเงินตามยอดที่ระบบแจ้งพร้อมเศษสตางค์เพื่อการตรวจสอบที่รวดเร็วและแม่นยำ
- หลังจากโอนเงินแล้วกรุณาแจ้งวันและเวลาโอนมาที่ https://ticket.achi.co.th/ (ในหน้าตรวจสอบรายการ) ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดจากที่ท่านได้รับแจ้ง มิฉะนั้นจะ ถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการจองบัตร ออเดอร์ของท่านจะถูกลบออกจากระบบทันที โดยทางทีมงานจะไม่รับผิดชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น
- หลังจากที่ผู้จองได้แจ้งโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จะตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา โดยใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการประมาณ 24 ชม. ผู้จองสามารถกลับเข้ามาตรวจสอบ สถานะการจองได้อีกครั้ง หลังจากเวลาที่แจ้งโอนประมาณ 24 ชม. หากยังไม่ได้รับการคอนเฟิร์ม กรุณาแจ้งกลับมายังเจ้าหน้าที่ทันที ทาง Line @PBTicketTeam https://line.me/R/ti/p/%40pbticketteam

4. เก็บหลักฐานการโอนเงิน ได้แก่ สลิปโอนเงิน (**แนะนำให้ถ่ายเอกสารหรือถ่ายรูปไว้ป้องกันการเลือนลางหรือสูญหาย) และรหัสจอง ไว้ให้ดี เพื่อนำมาใช้ยืนยันในการรับบัตร และเพื่อป้องกันการแอบอ้าง

5. หลังจากที่ผู้สั่งพรีออร์เดอร์ส่งข้อมูลการพรีออร์เดอร์แล้ว ผู้จองไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลและยกเลิกการสั่งพรีออร์เดอร์ Official Goods ได้ทุกกรณี และทางทีมงานไม่สามารถทำการคืนเงินได้ หากท่านไม่สามารถมาร่วมชมการแสดง หลังจากที่ได้สั่งพรีออร์เดอร์ไปแล้ว

6. กำหนดการรับ Official Goods สามารถรับของได้ที่หน้างานวันคอนเสิร์ต ช่องจำหน่าย Merchandise Goods ในวันที่ 27 เมษายน 2562 ตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 น. เป็นต้นไป

Terms and Condition
1. Pre-order Official Goods Buyers have to apply for membership at https://ticket.achi.co.th/ required information: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address, Address. Membership Application is Free of Charge. The Member will acquire username and password for pre-order.

2. Pre-Order Official Goods will be sold on Saturday 16th March, 2019 at 10.00AM – Sunday 24th March, 2019 at 08.00PM via https://ticket.achi.co.th/ Once enter into the system, the member has to select Official Goods list.

3. After the required details are filled completely, the system will provide the reservation code. (Please take note of the code.) The system will inform the Total Payment Value, the Bank Account Details that the member has to transfer the money to, and inform your payment detail on ‘View Order’ menu
- if you use Credit Card, system will redirect to credit card system, Service Charge 5%.
- Paypal has service charge 5%
The Bank Account that the members have to transfer the money to is Bank: Siam Commercial Bank (Full detail will be shown after booking) The member may transfer the money via ATM, Bank Counter, Internet Banking
- The Total Required Payment contains Double Digits (Satang/x,xxx.xx). Please transfer the money at exact value for accurate purchase details checking.
- After the payment is made please kindly inform date/time of money transferred at https://ticket.achi.co.th/ (on View Orders menu) within the given time frame; otherwise, it will be considered that the member cancel the reservation. The reservation will be cancelled from the system. The organizer will not be responsible on this cancellation.
- After the member inform the organizer about the payment details. The Officers will review the payment within 24 hours. The member may check the reservation details again 24 hours after submission of the payment details on the View Order menu. 4. Please keep the proof of payment i.e. payment slip (**Recommend the member to take photos of the slip to prevent color fading) and Reservation Code in order to collect the official goods and preventing fraud.

5. After the reservation is submitted, the member is not allowed to change any reservation details and cannot cancel the reservation at any case and no refund.

6. The Official Goods self-pick up will be at Official Goods kiosk at Concert venue on April 27, 2019 from 1.00 pm.
