รายละเอียดและขั้นตอนการจองบัตร (เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด)

1. ผู้ที่ต้องการซื้อบัตร จะต้องเข้าไปลงทะเบียนสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก https://ticket.achi.co.th/
2. เปิดจำหน่ายบัตร วันเสาร์ที่ 18 พฤษภาคม 2562 เวลา 10.00 น. เป็นต้นไป โปรดกดรอคิวที่ปุ่ม "กดรับคิว" ตั้งแต่เวลา 9:00-10:00น. เมื่อถึงเวลา 10:00น. ระบบจะรันคิวแบบสุ่มให้ผู้ที่อยู่ในเว็บไซต์ตามเวลาดังกล่าว หลังจากถึงคิวแล้ว ท่านมีเวลา 15 นาทีในการจองบัตร มีขั้นตอนการจองบัตร ดังนี้
2.1. Login โดยใช้ User, Password ที่ลงทะเบียนไว้แล้ว
2.2. เลือกโซนที่ต้องการ
2.3. เลือกที่นั่งที่ต้องการ, เลือกวิธีการรับบัตร (รับเองหน้างาน หรือ EMS มีค่าจัดส่ง 50 บาท), กดสั่งซื้อบัตร
2.4. เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน
2.4.1 กรณีชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน หลังกดจองได้ ท่านจะได้ยอดเงินและเลขบัญชีที่ต้องชำระ จากนั้นให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม "ตรวจสอบรายการ" และ ห้าม!!! ปิดหน้าจอนี้จนกว่าท่านจะโอนเงินและคลิกแจ้งโอนรวมทั้งกรอกข้อมูลในระบบให้เรียบร้อยก่อนหมดเวลา (ประมาณ 1 ชม. นับตั้งแต่ท่านได้คิว) ท่านจะปิดหน้าจอนี้ได้เมื่อสถานะออเดอร์ของท่านเป็น "รอดำเนินการ" เท่านั้น หากท่านปิดหน้าจอไปก่อนที่จะแจ้งโอน หรือปิดหน้าจอไปโดยสถานะยังเป็น "แจ้งโอนรายการนี้" จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการจองบัตรของคิวนั้นทันที ออเดอร์ของท่านจะถูกลบออกจากระบบเมื่อครบเวลา
2.4.2 กรณีเลือกชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต, เดบิต, Paypal จะเข้าสู่ระบบของการตัดบัตรต่อไป (มีค่า Service Charge เพิ่มเติม 5%) ผู้กดจองต้องกรอกข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตให้เรียบร้อยในอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านกดจองได้ ห้ามปิดเว็บไซต์ หรือเปลี่ยนไปล็อคอินด้วยอุปกรณ์อื่น สำหรับท่านที่เลือกชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิตแล้วปิดหน้าจอไปก่อนที่สถานะจะเป็น "เสร็จสิ้น" จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการจองบัตรของคิวนั้นทันที ออเดอร์ของท่านจะถูกลบออกจากระบบเมื่อครบเวลา
2.5. ท่านสามารถเข้าสู่หน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ’ เพื่อดูสถานะบัตรของท่าน หลังจากระบบปิดการรันคิว
2.6. ในการจองบัตร 1 ครั้ง จะสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1-2 ใบ ในรอบและโซนเดียวกันเท่านั้น หากต้องการโซนอื่นด้วย ให้ทำการจองเข้ามาใหม่อีกครั้ง

3. กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน หลังจากที่ผู้จองได้แจ้งโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จะตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา โดยใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการประมาณ 24 ชม. ผู้จองสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการจองของท่านได้ที่หน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ’ หากสถานะการจองยังไม่ขึ้น ‘เสร็จสิ้น’ หลังจากเวลาที่แจ้งโอน 24 ชม. กรุณาแจ้งกลับมายังเจ้าหน้าที่ทันที

4. เก็บหลักฐานการโอนเงิน ได้แก่ สลิปโอนเงิน (**แนะนำให้ถ่ายเอกสารหรือถ่ายรูปไว้ป้องกันการเลือนลางหรือสูญหาย) และรหัสจอง ไว้ให้ดี เพื่อนำมาใช้ยืนยันในการรับบัตร และเพื่อป้องกันการแอบอ้าง

5. หลังจากที่ผู้จองกดส่งข้อมูลการจองบัตรแล้ว ผู้จองไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูลและยกเลิกการจองบัตรได้ทุกกรณี และทางทีมงานไม่สามารถทำการคืนเงินได้ หากท่านไม่สามารถมาร่วมชมการแสดง หลังจากที่ได้ซื้อบัตรไปแล้ว

6. ราคาบัตรนี้ ยังไม่รวมค่าออกบัตรพลาสติก ใบละ 20 บาท

7. บัตรคอนเสิร์ตไม่สามารถนำไปขายต่อ ขอคืนเงิน หรือ แลกเปลี่ยนใดๆได้ บัตรเป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้จัดฯ ไม่อนุญาตให้โอนสิทธิ์ในบัตรแก่ผู้อื่น หรือนำบัตรชมการแสดงไปจำหน่ายต่อเพื่อหากำไร หรือนำไปแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางการค้าโดยเด็ดขาด หากฝ่าฝืนทางผู้จัดสงวนสิทธิในการยกเลิกบัตรชมการแสดงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และ ไม่คืนเงินทุกกรณี

Ticket Information (Terms and Condition)

1. The Ticket Buyers have to apply for membership at https://ticket.achi.co.th/
2. Open for sale on Saturday 18 May 2019 at 10:00 am onwards. Please press "get in line" button from 9:00-10:00 am. to waiting for queue. At 10:00 am, the system will run a random queue for those on the website at that time. After reaching the queue, you have 15 minutes to book the Ticket. There are procedures for booking tickets as follows.
2.1. Login by registered Username and Password
2.2. Choose Seating Zone
2.3. Choose your Seat, Pick up method (Self Pick up or EMS with delivery fee is 50 THB), and click Order. (*Remark; EMS is applicable only buyer who lives in Thailand)
2.4. Choose payment method
2.4.1 In case of payment by bank transfer. After you have made a reservation, you will receive the amount and account number to be paid, then click on the button "View order". And DO NOT!!! Close this screen until you transfer the money and click the transfer notification and complete the system before the time expires. (About 1 hour since you got the queue). You can close this screen when your order status is "Proceed" only. If you close the screen before the transfer notice or close the screen by status is still "Transfer notification" will considered to waive the right to reserve the ticket of that queue immediately. Your order will be deleted from the system at the time of completion.
2.4.2 In case of payment via credit card, debit, Paypal will autometically login to card payment system. (With an additional 5% Service Charge) The reservation user must complete the credit card information in the device that you have booked. Do not close the website or switch to login with other devices. For those who choose to pay by credit card and then close the screen before the status is "completed", it will considered the right to book the ticket of that queue immediately. Your order will be deleted from the system at the time of completion.
2.5 You can enter the page "View order" to see your ticket status after the queue system closed.
2.6. You can reserve up to 2 seats and must be same zone. (If the member would like to reserve other zone, he/she may have additional reservation with the same username.)

3. For Bank Transfer payment method, after the Buyer confirm the payment details via website. The Ticket Officers will review the payment within 24 hours. The member can check status again after 24 hours submission by login to the View Order menu.
If the purchased ticket status is not confirmed on system then, please kindly contact the ticket officers immediately.

4. Please keep the payment verification i.e. payment slip (**Recommend** the member to take photos or copy the slip to prevent color fading or lost)and Reservation Code in order to collect the ticket(s) and preventing fraud.

5. After the reservation is submitted, the member is not allowed to change any reservation details and cannot cancel the reservation at any cases with no refund.

6. Ticket price is EXCLUDED the issuing plastic cards 20 THB per ticket

7. Tickets purchased cannot be resold, refunded or exchanged.
Tickets are the property of the Organizer and cannot be transferred or resold for any commercial purposes. The resale of ticket(s) is prohibited. Organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket with no prior notice and with no refund or other compensation.
